BUYER RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY

within 7 days after the delivery of your purchase, an advisor will give you instructions to make the return to our Warehouses . Products excluded from the exchange, return or withdrawal guarantee are the following: Cosmetic products. If you have questions, call us by phone, or send us a WhatsApp, email, and we will be happy to help you. All merchandise returns must be unused and still have the original tags attached. Once the merchandise is received and if everything is correct, we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase. 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the items.
Once the return has been communicated and accepted by the seller, you have within 15 days, to send us the product to change.


The customer may return any item purchased from the seller, as long as the non-excluded products have not been used, are found stained, and must keep their seals or original packaging.

Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email within 7 days after the delivery of your purchase, an advisor will give you instructions to to make the change. Changes for other garments are free.
In the event that the product is out of stock, or because it is out of our catalog, the customer may choose to exchange it for another of similar price and quality, or request the reimbursement of the price paid for it.
As the health crisis due to COVID-19 has progressed, we inform our clients that we are addressing this unprecedented challenge.

In our family LASH CANARIAS we are taking the utmost care to protect our human team and clients. Since the beginning of the crisis we have followed all the guidelines of the health authorities to minimize any risk. Among other measures, we have moved our team to work from home and we have implemented high security measures in our warehouse.


We communicate that while it is in force THE STATE OF ALARM for COVID-19 no We will make money refunds. We will only accept exchanges for other garments, or we will issue you a credit that you can use whenever you want.

Our services are currently operating normally and always putting health and safety first, that has been and will continue to be our priority. This measure came into force on Thursday, March 12, 2020 and will last until the Government of the Kingdom of Spain certifies citizens that there is no risk of contagion.


If a product other than the one requested by the customer was delivered by mistake by The Seller, it will be withdrawn and the correct product without any additional charge to the buyer.

7.2.WARDROBING AND EXCESSIVE RETURNS
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations where a bounce history may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will contact you to discuss the situation and work with you to resolve the issue or determine if we should deny service in the future. Although we never want to turn away a customer, but we must ensure the safety, well-being and comfort of all our customers around the world.

LASH CANARIAS reserves the right to define and limit, reject and/or cancel customer orders at any time due to: An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing“; An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, washed, damaged or missing items. Possible fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, LASH CANARIAS reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or refuse returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to actions similar to those mentioned above.
